Acrylic fridge magnets are slightly brittle — they won’t break from normal drops (e.g., off the fridge), but they can crack if stepped on or squeezed hard. To maintain their crystal-clear look: 1) Wipe with a soft microfiber cloth (avoid rough towels that scratch the surface); 2) Don’t expose them to direct sunlight for months (UV rays can make acrylic yellow over time); 3) Store them separately from sharp objects (keys, scissors) to prevent scratches. If minor scratches appear, use acrylic polish to buff them out easily.

Absolutely! Laser engraving is the best way to customize metal fridge magnets — it creates precise, permanent designs (names, logos, quotes) on the surface. The engraving won’t affect the magnetic force at all — because we engrave only the top metal layer (0.1–0.2mm thick), while the magnet is attached to the back of the metal sheet. We offer two engraving effects: matte engraving (subtle and elegant) and deep engraving (bold and eye-catching). Both are free for simple designs (within 2 lines of text or a small logo).

Regular paper fridge magnets are not waterproof — they’ll warp or fade if exposed to water, oil, or humidity (e.g., kitchen steam). But we can add a clear waterproof coating to paper magnets for a small fee (about $0.1 per piece). The coating seals the paper surface, making it resistant to water splashes and oil stains — perfect for kitchen use (sticking recipes, grocery lists). Note: Even with the coating, paper magnets aren’t suitable for outdoor use (rain will damage them eventually). For outdoor displays, choose PVC or metal magnets instead.
